Buyer Fees

  • Buy Fee Required

    Based on the overall price of the vehicle. The higher the price, the higher the fee. See the chart for the full breakdown by vehicle price range.

  • Late Fee Required if late

    If you purchase a vehicle in-lane and don't pay the total cost by 5:00 PM on auction day, you will be charged a late fee. If negotiated, the buyer has until 12:00 PM on Friday. Payment arrangements can be made at the front counter.

  • Diagnosis Fee Optional

    Applied when you purchase our Diagnosis service, which scans your vehicle for problems with the engine, transmission, oil tank, and other parts. Think of it as a doctor's check-up for your vehicle.

  • Mechanical Work Fee Optional

    This service will help get your vehicle ready to drive off the lot.

    $75 / hr — Gas   |   $125 / hr — Diesel
  • Flooring Fee If applicable

    This fee only applies when a Flooring company is used to purchase vehicles. There is no Flooring fee if you pay with cash, check, or wire transfer.

  • NSF Fee If applicable

    If you pay with a check and there isn't enough money in your account, you will be charged a Non-Sufficient Funds fee. This must be paid immediately — an outstanding NSF fee will prevent you from attending or buying at the auction until it is cleared.

Arbitration Window: If you purchase a PSI, you have 7 days to arbitrate any issues with the vehicle. Valid arbitration requires a dispute value over $800.00.

National Arbitration Policy

The following chart, issued by the National Auto Auction Association (NAAA), defines what must be disclosed at sale and the arbitration window available to buyers depending on the vehicle's light color. Effective April 3, 2023.

Seller Fees

  • Sale Fee Required

    Based on the vehicle sale amount. As the purchase price increases, the sale fee increases between $10.00 to $25.00 per thousand dollars of sale price. See the chart for the full scale.

  • Rerun & Storage Fees

    Once a vehicle has run 3 times at auction, a rerun fee applies for every week after. If the vehicle is not picked up by the 4th week, a daily storage fee is added.

  • Pre-Certification Fee Optional

    Applies when you purchase a Pre-Certification Inspection, which determines a vehicle's mechanical condition by inspecting the engine, transmission, structural integrity, and more.

  • Mechanical Work Fee Optional

    We offer in-house mechanical services to help prepare your vehicle before it runs.

    $75 / hr — Gas  |  $125 / hr — Diesel
  • Condition Report Fee Optional

    Provides a visual and cosmetic inspection including AutoGrade and SpinCar 360 walkaround photos of the interior and exterior. Helps online buyers evaluate the vehicle before auction day.
